DEALING WITH UNSTRUCTURED DATA

One of the key topics discussed was the challenge of handling large, unstructured documents. Participants learned how AI can summarize key information and organize data into more usable formats. The workshop demonstrated how AI abilities like ChatGPT can automatically convert extracted data into structured formats, ensuring both accuracy and reliability. Through practical examples, attendees saw how ChatGPT can clean and process various types of data, preparing it for further analysis.

The session also encouraged open discussions, with NOCs sharing their experiences and challenges in adopting AI. This collaborative approach provided valuable insights and fostered learning among participants.

AI-POWERED ABILITIES AND DATA PROTECTION

A brainstorming session on AI-powered data analysis highlighted interest in predictive modeling and social listening. These abilities were identified as powerful resources for helping organizations make informed decisions.

Another important topic was data protection when using AI. Experts shared best practices for safeguarding sensitive information, including anonymizing data and verifying AI-generated results for accuracy.

FINAL SESSION TO SHOWCASE ADVANCED AI APPLICATIONS

The final session of the ANOC AI Workshop series is scheduled for March 18 at 1 PM CET. It will focus on advanced ChatGPT features and include a presentation from the South African NOC, showcasing how they use AI to improve official communication and streamline daily operations.
