Hosts and dates announced for the 2025 Archery World Cup

World Archery has unveiled the host cities for the upcoming Hyundai Archery World Cup seasons, as well as the 2025 season calendar. Among the most notable announcements, Nanjing, China, will host the event’s final in 2025, marking the first time the city will stage the competition’s ultimate round. Exact dates will be announced soon, but it has been confirmed that the circuit will kick off in April in Haines City, USA, and conclude between September and October.

In parallel, Mexico has been selected as the exclusive host of the finals in 2026, 2027, and 2028, coinciding with the circuit’s 20th anniversary. This appointment reaffirms the country’s significance in the international archery scene, following its historic debut as a host in 2006, with the final held at the pyramids of Mérida.

CALENDAR AND NEW INTERNATIONAL VENUES

The 2025 Archery World Cup season will feature four key stages. From April 8 to 13, Haines City, Florida, will serve as the starting point, followed by Shanghai, China, from May 6 to 11, reaffirming its position as an iconic destination for the sport. Antalya, Turkey, will take over from June 3 to 8, while Madrid will close the qualifying rounds from July 8 to 13. The final will take place between September and October in Nanjing, marking the city’s debut as host, promising a top-tier spectacle.

Additionally, new venues for international competitions were announced. Yankton, South Dakota (USA), will host the first-ever combined World Championships for Field Archery and 3D in 2026, adding this milestone to its extensive experience in youth, indoor, and outdoor events. Canberra, Australia, will stage the 2027 World Para Archery Championships, serving as the main qualifier for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games, further solidifying its importance in adaptive sports.
