The Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) has announced Mikasa as the official ball supplier for its events in 2025 and 2026, cementing a key strategic alliance for the development of volleyball in the region. The agreement was made possible with the support of Volleyball World, as part of a broader collaboration extending from 2024 to 2032. Through this partnership, the goal is to enhance the commercial reach of Asian competitions and provide athletes with top-quality equipment.
The commitment includes major tournaments such as the AVC Women’s Champions League in Manila, the AVC Men’s Champions League in Japan, the AVC Women’s Nations Cup in Vietnam, and the AVC Men’s Nations Cup in Bahrain. The alliance marks a significant step in the joint efforts of Mikasa, AVC, and Volleyball World to boost volleyball across Asia, where more than half of the global fanbase for the sport is concentrated.
