The 2025 Beach Pro Tour season is shaping up to be one of the most exciting events for beach volleyball enthusiasts. Scheduled to kick off on March 6 in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand, the tour returns to this iconic Pacific beach for the third consecutive year. This event marks the beginning of a series of Futures category competitions, promising to bring together emerging talents from around the world in a competitive and vibrant atmosphere.

The FIVB calendar currently includes over 25 confirmed events across Asia-Oceania, Europe, and Africa, highlighting the global expansion of this sport. Although the schedule remains open for further additions, the established dates offer an exciting mix of tradition and innovation, with new venues and familiar stops.

DIVERSE DESTINATIONS

The action continues in March with Coolangatta, Australia, hosting for the third season in a row. In April, the tour moves to Songkhla, Thailand, for a Futures tournament, while Europe joins the party with an inaugural event in Valencia, Spain, on the last day of the month. This will mark the starting point for intense activity on European soil in the following months.

May will be particularly busy, featuring two single-gender tournaments in Madrid, along with stops in Cervia, Italy; Spiez, Switzerland; and Battipaglia, southern Italy. Asia will also be in the spotlight with competitions in Nuvali, Philippines, and Wuhan Qingshan, China. By June, the calendar becomes even more dynamic, with simultaneous events in Europe and Asia, highlighting new locations such as Malmö, Sweden, and Ios, Greece.

The second half of the year also promises excitement. Destinations like Busan, South Korea; Bujumbura, Burundi; and Rarotonga, Cook Islands, are already confirmed, while the Futures calendar remains flexible to accommodate new opportunities and challenges. Without a doubt, the Beach Pro Tour 2025 will be a global celebration of beach volleyball and a vital platform for the sport’s future champions.
