The concerns raised by the legislators focus on the public perception of the relationship between political leaders and international sports organizations, particularly as global attention increasingly turns toward the 2026 World Cup.
Neither FIFA nor the White House responded to media requests for comment regarding the financial disclosure.
According to the filing, the Club World Cup Final tickets were part of approximately $120,000 worth of tickets to major sporting events received by President Trump during the reporting period.
