Unverified reports circulating on some media platforms have alleged that an international footballer was involved in an incident at a five-star hotel in Antalya, Turkiye, concerning a 14-year-old British girl.
The claims have not been substantiated by official sources and have not been confirmed by Turkish or British authorities, football federations, or governing bodies. No individual has been identified in connection with the allegations.
The Daily Mail reported that the alleged incident occurred on May 24 during a family holiday at a luxury resort. Citing the teenager’s father, the report said the girl was left “panicking and in tears” after being approached while sitting by the pool with her younger sister.
According to the Daily Mail, the father said he received a phone call from his daughter while he was briefly away: “She asked us to hurry up and come to the pool,” he told the newspaper. The report further alleged that the player had attempted to invite the girl behind a hedge for a “cuddle.”
