Music is already playing in Paris 2024

The organization of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games has stood out for its originality, which has contributed to creating a visual identity in the run-up to the event. Added to the above is the participation of Victor le Masne, who was appointed as Musical Director in charge of composing the official musical theme of the Olympic Games.

Present on the French and world music scene, in addition to being recognized as one of the most influential producers of his generation, Victor le Masne, was in charge of creating the official song of Paris 2024, which was titled “Parade” and featured with the collaboration of the prestigious National Orchestra of France and the Radio France Choir.

“Parade” had its first public performance on May 8 in the port of Vieux Port, where the Olympic flame docked after its journey on the ship Belem, the ancient three-masted sailing ship that was made in Nantes, France. in 1896.

Victor le Masne will also be in charge of providing the music at the Opening and Closing ceremonies. “I am honored and excited to contribute to the unforgettable experience of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games as composer of the official theme song and musical director of the ceremonies.” The artist also told of his desire for the Olympic event: “My goal is to create an original soundtrack that not only accompanies the most memorable moments of these historic Games, but also remains engraved in the memory of generations”.

On July 26, the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games will be held, which will have 94 boats that will carry approximately 10,500 athletes on a 6-kilometer route across the Senna River.
