The Olympic Games are just days away and there are a number of key essentials and information for all spectators attending all Olympic events from 26 July. The Games organisers have unveiled a series of tips to make every competition an unforgettable experience.
It is important to remember that there are three apps that are going to be essential for the games. Paris 2024 Tickets, Paris 2024 Olympics and Paris 2024 Public Transport, not forgetting the spectator guides for each sport and venue.
With Paris 2024 Tickets you will be able to see your tickets and each ticket will have a specific QR that will be available before each session. It is recommended that you arrive an hour and a half before the start of the event and it is recommended that you opt for sustainable means of transport, for this you can use Paris 2024 Public Transport which provides information on all the transport available in the city.
There will be no spectator lockers at the venues and there will be no return of prohibited items at the exit which can be found in any Spectator Guide. Items such as helmets, umbrellas or alcoholic beverages will not be allowed.
A strong commitment to sustainability is essential, so it is best to bring a bottle of water. Paris 2024 allows water bottles of up to 75 cl (metal or plastic) in the venues, except in the Marseille Stadium. This will help limit excess plastic. In addition, water fountains will be available in all venues for spectators.
To enter, show the QR code through the ticket app, just before the start of the competitions there will be activities and shows. With these three apps you will be able to move around Paris as if you were just another Parisian and you won’t miss out on the sporting event of the year.
