The Federation of International Bandy (FIB) has announced a strategic partnership with Profixio, a leading provider of sports data management solutions. This agreement positions Profixio as FIB’s official data partner, aiming to enhance the management of bandy-related data on a global scale.

Profixio’s expertise in sports data management will be key to streamlining FIB’s data processes, ensuring accurate and timely information for athletes, coaches, officials, and fans. This collaboration seeks to improve the accessibility and reliability of data across all FIB-sanctioned events.

SIGNED DURING THE 2025 BANDY WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

The agreement, signed in Uppsala, Sweden, during the 2025 Bandy World Championships, Group B, includes the presentation of live results on profixio.com during FIB tournaments. Additionally, thanks to this partnership, FIB-branded standard match protocols will be available after each match at FIB tournaments.

The FIB and Profixio are committed to leveraging this partnership to promote bandy and provide an enriched experience for the global bandy community. Attila Adamfi, FIB General Secretary, stated: “We are delighted to welcome Profixio as our official data partner. Their proven track record in sports data management aligns perfectly with our commitment to advancing the sport of bandy. This collaboration will undoubtedly enhance the experience for all stakeholders involved in our sport, as already successfully demonstrated at the 2025 Bandy World Championships, Group B, in Uppsala.”

Pontus Hedfors, CEO of Profixio, added: “We are proud and excited to have established a partnership with FIB, our first international federation, particularly in a sport that aims to become an Olympic sport. We look forward to contributing to this journey by ensuring that we provide accurate data and real-time statistics for both fans and partners.”
