The 2027 ITTF Para Table Tennis World Circuit calendar has been released, outlining a season that will take adaptive table tennis across several continents over nine months. More than 30 events will be held between February and November in Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa and Oceania, with Singapore serving as the starting point in late February and Thailand among the final destinations of the year, in a schedule that will bring together athletes at different levels and stages of their careers.

The season will combine elite competitions with tournaments designed to expand international participation and development opportunities. The calendar includes six ITTF Para Elite World Championships events, as well as the Challenger and Future series, continental championships and the presence of adaptive table tennis at the Lima Parapan American Games. In this way, international action will run from the opening competitions of the year through a particularly busy final stretch between August and November.

Six Elite events will headline the international calendar

The six ITTF Para Elite World Championships events will form the competitive backbone of the 2027 season, as they will offer the largest number of ranking points available. The series will begin in March in Wladyslawowo, Poland, before moving to Taipei City, Yvelines in France, Spokane in the United States, and São Paulo in Brazil. The final Elite tournament on the calendar is scheduled for October in Beijing, closing a sequence of competitions spanning Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Alongside these tournaments, the circuit structure will allow players to compete at different levels according to their experience and development. The Challenger series will feature events in Italy, Slovenia, Montenegro, Korea, Australia, Finland, Thailand and Egypt, while Future events will take place in locations such as Costa Brava, Cardiff, Buenos Aires, Amman and Sharjah. The program also includes a Future U23 event in Yalova, Türkiye, specifically designed to provide emerging young talents with international experience.

Continental championships and action in Lima

The 2027 calendar will also have a strong continental dimension. The Para Continental Championships will be held in Europe, Oceania, the Americas, Asia and Africa, expanding competitive opportunities for athletes beyond the circuit’s main series. The European Championships will take place in Switzerland in August, while the Americas Championships will be held in Brazil in September.

The schedule will also include the Lima Parapan American Games in Peru, set for late August, where adaptive table tennis will form part of the multisport program. Meanwhile, the host cities for the Asian and African Para Championships are still awaiting confirmation, meaning the ITTF may make adjustments and consider adding new events as those venues are finalized and further calendar information becomes available.
